Festive Tea: Pret-a-PorTea at The Berkeley

The Berkeley for a taste of their Pret-a-Portea in the Collins Room

Another one for the festive to-do list in London. This time we’re headed back to The Berkeley for a taste of their Pret-a-Portea in the Collins Room. I can, hand on heart, say you’ve never had a tea like this before. Inspired by fashion’s famous catwalks, the tea pays homage to some of the most recognisable designs in existence today. From Moschino’s Million Dollar Bill Pistachio Delice to Jacquemus’s teeny tiny bag in cake form, this is a tea for the stylish at heart.

New for 2019, the team at The Berkeley introduced a monthly collaboration with a fashion tastemaker. For December, to honour the festive season, you’ll find an immaculate edible Christmas surprise on the top of your holiday haul. Whitney Bromberg Hawkins, founder of FlowerBx and former Tom Ford team member, designed the tasty treat to pay tribute to the classic Simon Miller Bonsai Bag. Only this Bonsai Bag has a seasonal twist. The handle has been transformed into a Christmas Wreath. It’s the perfect topper for a festive tea!

Festive Pret-a-Portea is being served at The Berkeley from now until the 31st of December. It is £75, includes all the festive treats mentioned above and pictured below, and is served with your choice of either a glass of champagne or a glass of mulled wine.
