4 ways to wear polka dots this summer!

Alright beauties, let’s get real about polka dots. They are a style staple that won’t be leaving the fashion fold anytime soon. So, it’s time to embrace them and welcome them into your wardrobe for season’s to come. This season, Marks & Spencer is offering up some seriously fabulous options when it comes to the circular closet updater. So, in my partnership with the brand, I thought I’d shine a light on how to wear polka dots in your day to day looks. Get ready for some style spotting…

First up we have one of my favourite ways to wear, which incorporates one of my favourite dresses of the season. This is the polka dot tea dress that you will buy and keep forever. It’s a ladylike shape, fits and flatters and can born fifteen ways to Sunday. For this look, I mixed my dots with my stripes and added a cheeky embellished accessory.

What I’m Wearing:

 Polka Dot Dress

For those looking for an accent only approach, invest in the Polka Dot Cardigan. This is a look that’s easy to wear as a last minute fashion flare. It can add a little something special to any look or, in this case, can be used as a neutraliser for a print that’s as loud as the sun!

What I’m Wearing:

Polka Dot Cardigan Sweater, Asymmetrical Dress

It’s the southern girl in me that just can’t resist a twinset. I mean really, I can’t. So this is my full on polka party. I’m polka on polka. It’s all party on top and clean and crisp on the bottom.

What I’m Wearing:

Polka Dot Cardigan, Polka Dot Sweater, White Skirt

For the fourth and final look, I went for a sweater with more of a loud dot! I mean these spots are huge. But, it’s a statement in itself. Again, I paired it with a simple skirt to let the statement take all the style heat. But, this skirt is slamming. Just had to put that out there. And both pieces here can be worn now and carried through into winter months ahead.

What I’m Wearing:

Polka Dot Sweater, Black Skirt

Reminder: Fashion Foie Gras is an ambassador for Marks & Spencer and this is a paid partnership.
