I’ve seen this blouse here and there on social media and it definitely photographs like a dream, no doubt about it. But, I wasn’t sold on buying until I could run my fingers over the fabric myself. I bought way too many embroidery tops last year that had me itching from shoulder to wrist. Terrible.
Then I finally got a chance to stop into NEXT and try one on for myself. Let’s just put it this way. I left with not one but both of these tops in a bag. At £40 a blouse, they are literally one tenth the cost of the designer they are replicating (and in my opinion feel a hell of lot better on your skin).
Oh, also picked up a perfect pair of wide legged cropped jeans as well, while in store. Killing two birds with one stone and all that.
For those of you loving the bag, well, it’s from one of my favourite boutiques in west London – The Jacksons in Notting Hill!
