It’s been a busy week, to say the least, and at the moment I’m squeezing this in between mad packing sessions for Thailand. Yes, next week’s style post is coming at you straight from Bangkok and Ko Samui. Something a little different to shake up the whole seven days of style.
In the meantime, we’ll start this week’s seven days of style with the look above, featuring a dress I absolutely fell in love with while working with Ralph Lauren and John Lewis for their Lauren by Ralph Lauren autumn winter collection. This is the Lauren by Ralph Lauren Charmee wrap dress (available on Johnlewis.com for £180 or on Ralphlauren.com for $104.99). The jacket is also Lauren by Ralph Lauren and available to purchase on the same websites listed above. Of course you’ve seen this gorgeous fringed red bag before – it’s from Polo by Ralph Lauren.
This dress, sadly, is no longer available. It’s an old BCBG Max Azria number that I absolutely adore. I wore it out on one of the last days of summer here in the UK. I’m holding on tight to sundress weather while I can. I paired the dress with vintage Raybans, Stuart Weitzman for Harper’s Bazaar Sandals and an Underground chic bag.
I had to go stripes from head to toe for at least one look out of seven, you guys. I’m obsessed. This is a Gap skirt knit skirt (obsessed) with a finer striped top. Paired with a pair of colour pop heels and a great classic clutch from Rebecca Minkoff and I’m ready to rumble. It must be mentioned that I’ve spiced up the colourful clutch with a Anya Hindmarch leather thumbs up sticker and some furry balls from Hockley.
I’m loving a skirt shirt combo this season, as you may have already ascertained. Here’s yet another, this time all from Cos. Rocking a simple pinstriped skirt with a rather loud and proud cut out top in a bright red. Paired with Primark heels (yes, Primark), this is a rather texture-heavy ensemble.
This week I was on set with Marks & Spencer filming a very special video, coming your way soon. Naturally, I wore the brand while filming. I chose to pair a simple and sleek peach tunic with some black wide leg trousers. Kept it simple to keep the focus on the absolutely amazing clothes I was highlighting on the day.
This was a super last minute share. As I’m living out of a suitcase, yes still, I am scraping the bottom of the barrel these days. My nephew actually asked me if I had been attacked by zombies – due to the giant rip in the knee. All Ralph Lauren there, apart from the bag (Louis Vuitton Neverfull) and the shoes (Tod’s).
See you next week, reporting live from Thailand!!!!! Bring on the sun….
