Since Cara Delevingne really picked up speed last year, the world has been non-stop in referring to the new supermodel as the next Kate Moss. Her progression as a model has been intense, and it is true that she shows no sign of slowing, so naturally she’s instantly compared with one of the most successful supermodels in British history. The blondes seem to share many similarities and you had to know it was only a matter of time before the two were paired together.
Burberry gets the honour of capturing the duo in a campaign as one and, in all honesty, the pairing of brand and blondes couldn’t have been a more perfect match. Two British bombshells promoting an iconic British brand – honestly, why didn’t we predict this scenario sooner? Anyway, it’s happening now and I’m pleased to share the first images of the matching of talents.
Kate Moss and Cara Delevingne are the faces of Burberry’s new fragrance, My Burberry. Developed by superman Christopher Bailey (aka Creative Director of Burberry), the fragrance is all about the personal experience with the brand, as of course only Bailey would imagine. You can make sure no one’s stealing your My Burberry bottle as the brand is offering a monogramming service on the bottle. In addition to personalizing the bottle, the whole campaign is geared at making you the centre of Burberry’s world. The monogramming is only the beginning, truth be told.
