Beyonce has lent her name to a few brands now. Over the years these have included Tommy Hilfiger, L’Oreal, Pepsi, H&M and many more, which have all helped in making Beyonce a multi-billionaire. Fair enough, however, as her image has lent to peaks in sales and notable brand awareness for many around the globe.
Today, it has come to our attention that she’s lending her name and story to a new brand – Toyota.
Leaked recently on Youtube, Beyonce’s Toyota commercial begins with the image of a baby dancing in the womb. Stay with us here, we promise it gets better. The journey continues as Beyonce speaks:
“I had a choice to stand still or to move forward, to let things happen or to make things happen. Everyday I wake up, I make a choice, not to let the world decide for me. I decide for me. I decide to get going.”
Then the credits roll as two red Toyotas come into the picture.
These look as if they are aimed at the Far East for now and perhaps not meant for rest-of-world consumption. Aw, but the power of the internet. No celebrity endorsements stay in their given country alone any longer.
