Lips on sweaters… it’s a trend we like and one that’s been around for a few seasons now thanks to Markus Lupfer. So it’s only natural for the high street to step in and create their own interpretation of the style. Lupfer’s sweater is of course as luxe as it gets. It’s a merino wool fabric detailed with sequins to make up the elaborate mouth on the chest of the sweater. Such a luxurious item comes in at a hefty £265. However, should you want the same sort of style but with a top that can just be tossed in the wash, Topshop’s Illustrated People have created a similar look in jersey for only £20. If we’re being honest, I wouldn’t mind having both in my closet.
