Alexander McQueen’s Costume Institute exhibition at The Metropolitan Museum of Art this year shattered every record going. It was an event that the world, not just the fashion industry, will remember as a landmark exhibition which displayed the talents of an unparalleled design house. So naturally the question on everyone’s mind when this show ended was what on earth could be next?
The Costume Institute have certainly not disappointed with the announcement that Eisa Schiaparelli and Miuccia Prada are lined up for 2012!
The exhibition, titled “Elsa Schiaparelli and Miuccia Prada: On Fashion,” will feature 80 designs from the two Italian legends and will see Baz Luhrmann working as the Creative Consultant!
