Last night was the launch party for the Hermes ‘J’Aime Mon Carre’ project in London and Hermes brought their A-game for hosting at the pop up shop in the Rochelle School of Art. The venue was filled with several familiar faces including Henry Holland, Eliza Doolittle, Ben Grimes, Lulu Kennedy, Beatrix Ong and Dominic Jones, who were all sporting uber-fabulous Hermes scarves!
Although we weren’t there to celeb stalk…we were there to take in the great atmosphere around the launch of a fabulous project. We aren’t posting pics of the store as this time around I’m sending you there to experience it yourself. Trust me, this is something you won’t want to miss! The things you can do with Hermes scarves, well….the possibilities are endless!
I’d also like to elaborate on what we mean by Hermes bringing their A-game to hosting. Last night the girlband Warpaint were brought in to entertain, we enjoyed gorgeous Cremont Kir Royales and Biere du Demon and feasted on delicious canapes (toasted Montgomery Chedder, spring onion sandwiches and to die for chocolate brownies).
Of course this wouldn’t be a Fashion Foie Gras post without a few pics…so here are some images of ladies and gents having a general smash-up time with Hermes!
This east end store will be open between the 18th – 21st November with a second store opening on Ledbury Road on the 25th November.
