Louis Vuitton stores closing early to preserve stock for Christmas

Louis Vuitton stores in Paris are closing their doors an hour earlier at night in the run up to Christmas in the hopes of preserving stock for the holiday rush, reports Vogue. Apparently they are having a hard time meeting the demands of customers even now!

Ah, wouldn’t the easier solution be to make more bags?  Or am I just a crazy person here who thinks that if you can make more money by selling more product that is a good thing? I know, I know….luxury is all about scarcity. I do get it.
