House of Holland serves martinis with a twist for autumn winter 2013

I am actually sitting here wondering how I can write this review without sounding like I have been paid a million dollars to do so. I suppose the only way to do it is to say, every word you are about to read about the House of Holland Autumn Winter 2013 catwalk comes from a place of pure and uninterrupted admiration for a designer that has gone from strength to strength and has, this season, totally won my heart with this catwalk presentation.  On that note, here we go…

House of Holland this season is once again dressing a woman that could exist in any age bracket. The only thing Henry Holland requires of you is a fun spirit when it comes to dressing. How else would you wear a skirt with Martini glasses decorating the hem or a dress covered with cigarettes made out of sequins? Oh yes, this is a collection that will not only have you looking spiffy in no time, it will also have everyone around you talking. The prints, the shearling, the cinched waists and the exaggerated shapes all stand out in my mind now as I think back to the House of Holland runway.  But it’s truly the martini glass prints that have me looking forward to this future release, above all other details. From earrings to printed jeans, it seems Mr. Holland likes his martini. Now the only question that remains… shaken or stirred?
