Saint Laurent (that’s right, it’s no longer YSL), has just had a big drop on Net-a-Porter. When I say “big” I really do mean massive. This is the best buy of the collection imaginable and the accessories have me going gaga. In particular, I’m lusting after one bag that is, perhaps, the most simple bag of the season. Yet in carrying this bag one is sure to drop a huge statement. If ever there were a reason for the phrase “totes amaze” to exist, it’s be found here. The Saint Laurent reversible leather and suede tote isn’t cheap. What from YSL is? However, you’re getting two bags for the price of one here, so I figure it’s worth the exact spend.
Need more reasons to love it? Let’s start with the fact that it’s jet black. Unlike other lighter bags that are reversible, this one won’t show off unsightly pen marks or cosmetics leaks like any other bag. Personally speaking, this is a huge issue for me. I’m thankful most of my bags aren’t reversible or you’d see what an idiot I am at remembering to put lids on pens, concealer or even lipgloss.
Then there’s the “carry everything” factor. For those of us about to embark on the craziness of fashion week, that lasts not one but four weeks, I do think you’ll find this might just be the perfect carry on and day-to-day friend to your fashionable attire.
