So just curious, is there anyone on earth that doesn't yet know that Charlize Theron and Kristen Stewart have a Snow White movie in theatres? The publicity for this film is on another level and these two have been hard at work moving the machine. Their latest promo comes in the form of a cover for Interview Magazine. This month's cover features the two actresses looking like their heads have been severed and wrapped in old fishnet tights. Ok, that sounds a lot worse than it is... or does it? Sorry to be vulgar, but this cover does have us all scratching our heads a little. New Kids on The Block fans are in for treat this summer as they turn on their television sets. Old Navy has hired an 80's icon, Mr Jonathan Knight of NKOTB fame, to promote their new cheap and cheerful summer dresses! It's an interesting ad but sadly we are more attracted to the dresses and their fabulous price point rather than the old heartthrob. He's just made to sing "Step by Step." What can we say? You'll never guess what famous footwear the Queen wore for her coronation in 1953!
Her Majesty the Queen is one stylish lady and can pretty much command the attention of any designer on earth when it comes to her closet. However, on the day that HM Queen Elizabeth II was to be crowned as Queen of England, she chose Roger Vivier to make sure she put her first foot forward in style! Roger Vivier have shared the sketch for the occasion in celebration of the forthcoming Jubilee and we're pleased to share it with you here.
The coronation sandal was made of gold leather and inlaid with Rubies in decoration. These stones were chosen to "symbolize the union between the Queen and her subjects." The decorative motif was "inspired by the Fleur-de-lys that adorns the St. Edward Crown and Imperial State Crown worn by Her Majesty on this occasion." And of course the Queen had a bit of a lift with an elevated heel and a hidden platform within to reduce the instep. Vivier had to make sure the Queen was well equipped to handle the big day and comfortable yet beautiful footwear was the name of the game... and he played it oh so well!
Today, you will see new contemporary styles created to honour the original design work of Roger Vivier. The creative director at Roger Vivier, Bruno Frisoni has created a capsule collection with a fitting name - "Princess to be a Queen". "For Roger Vivier, Participation in this event was a maestro's stroke. Tied into this extraordinary event came a revolutionary creation, launched by the platform slipped inside this shoe. The dream of the idea of a Princess becoming Queen is pure magic," said Bruno Frisoni.
Now the question on everyone's mind... will Her Majesty the Queen be wearing Roger Vivier once again on the big day next week?
Anne Hathaway sings throughout Les Miserables trailer
So the Les Miserables' trailer is here and the star of the show thus far is most definitely Anne Hathaway's voice. Of course we also have the gorgeous Hugh Jackman, Russell Crowe and Amanda Seyfried making appearances but it's that glorious melody that takes you through the entire trailer. One thing we can't wait to get a look at more closely is the costume design. Judging from the trailer alone, there is going to be an amazing clothes cast!

Jessica Simpson's first baby, Maxwell Drew, steals the spotlight this week as she scores her first magazine cover: People! Jessica and here little spud are seen on the cover looking as happy as a new family possibly can. Apparently Jessica and husband give an exclusive interview in the mag with some pretty intimate details from giving birth via C-section to feeding the baby. We'll have to buy the magazine to see if there is any mention of her forthcoming adventure with Weight Watchers (remember the $3m rumoured deal). {People}

The Chloe Aurore Leather Tote has been a huge hit for two seasons now. It's a bag that every other style guru seemed to be carrying around town and was definitely a hit with street style photographers last season! For those of you that can't afford the £900 pricetag (it's actually on sale at Saks as it was £1280), Warehouse have released a bag that isn't too dissimilar for only £38. Queue Vestiaire Collective! A few weeks ago I was invited to test the site and see what's what from browsing to purchasing. I had ordered a Tod's D Bag and agreed to pay the price for the item that the seller had listed. My order was accepted and the seller was then given instructions to send the bag to the Vestiaire Collective headquarters where a team of experts would evaluate the bag to make sure that my purchase price was correct for the item I was to receive. Now funnily enough I had an email a while later from the team notifying me that the item was not in fact up to scruff and that they had adjusted the price to a number they thought was more appropriate. It was actually £50 less than what I had originally offered to pay. They then gave me the option of accepting the offer and proceeding with a partial refund or rejecting the offer for a full refund. As they were honest in what they believed were the shortcomings of the product, I decided to refuse the offer and try for something else... and the whole process the second time around went swimmingly! At the end of the day, I have to say I've never been more impressed with a resale site. What an amazing customer service from start to finish and the products on offer aren't exactly shabby either. From Chanel to Vuitton, you will truly see it all here. I'm now waiting for a LV leopard scarf to make an appearance!

I haven't seen my golden retriever now for about six months as I live in London and sadly he lives 3,000 miles away in the USA. So every time I come home I get quite the reception from the little guy. He actually goes nuts! I've wanted to capture it on film forever as these reunions can get kind of out of control. As I'm testing out the HTC One X at the moment, I thought I'd give the slow motion video camera a go for such a moment. The results are pretty special for me and for my family. It's a fantastic moment in time and I'm happy the HTC phone was up to the task of recording the whole thing... in slow mo nonetheless! And the pictures you see above come from a cool function on the phone that actually allows you to screen grab from the video itself to keep those special moments in a freeze frame forever! Foxy Knoxy aka Amanda Knox hits Hot 100 list for 2012
Well this is strange, very strange. Maxim have just released their Hot 100 list and one Miss Amanda Knox is on said list! Now she may be in the lower ranks on the 100, coming in at 92, but the fact that she is included at all we find most unusual. Yes, Foxy Knoxy has been released from prison and cleared from all charges for the murder of Meredith Kercher. And yes, she is a good looking girl. But the whole ordeal is not one that strikes us as a reason to put the young girl into celebrity status. The fact that today's society celebrates such a thing is frankly a little disgusting. And we'll just leave it at that. Our thoughts are continually with the family of Meredith Kercher. Amanda Knox may have been cleared of all charges and come out with multiple fabulous opportunities to cash in on the whole ordeal but sadly the Kercher family have lost something that can never be returned or made right by a book deal or celebrity hit list. {Maxim}

Jeffrey Campbell's latest brogue wedges inspired by Simone Rocha? You be the judge...
Last September the fashion world was obsessed with the debut of one shoe at fashion week - Simone Rocha's Perspex floating heel brogue. Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and blogs the world over were circulating pictures of the footwear from the moment the first model stepped out with the totally original footwear. In London, we were all proud to claim Simone Rocha as one of our own. In only her third season on the circuit she blew everyone away completely and I have no doubt fashionistas were placing orders as fast as their iPhones could type on that very day. Well, as it turns out, there's another brand that took notice of the footwear and seems to have been inspired to create their own interpretation at a fraction of the price. Queue Jeffrey Campbell and his "Float" shoe. Frankly speaking, these two designs are a little too close for comfort. So the question is... will you be supporting Rocha or Campbell with your hard earned cash?
What to do with all those big blue Ikea bags? How about make a dress?
How many of you have about a dozen of those blue Ikea bags lying around the house? I think I have five sitting in the closet in front of me as I write. While I have been using them as charity donation bags, turns out another blogger has decided the bag can be used to flesh out your wardrobe. Ikea Hackers recommends creating a dress with your spare Ikea bags which is achievable with just a clever imagination and a pair of scissors. Somehow we don't think, however, that this is a one size fits all option. Ever made anything crazier using random items around the house? Do share!
