2012 Christmas Windows in New York City from Bvlgari to Van Cleef & Arpels

There is no place on earth I love more than New York City at Christmas. If ever there were a city that could make you believe in the power of the holidays, this is your destination without a shadow of a doubt.

I arrived in New York earlier this week for 48 hours of back to back holiday excitement, knowing this was a city I could count on to deliver. I certainly wasn’t disappointed. There is probably more to write about than I have time but there was one element I could not let slide without proper attention being paid and that is of course the window decorations around the city. New York City’s Christmas windows are truly legendary and today I’d like to share with you a few of my favourite moments captured as I strolled the streets of Manhattan. From the accidental capturing of true romance outside of Harry Winston’s bedazzled windows to the snake making it’s way around the Bvlgari building, this year there was more holiday glitz and glam than ever. While the weather outside was frightful, what we discovered on the streets of New York was truly delightful… have a look…
