I’m all for receiving flowers on Valentine’s Day. I think it’s a VERY romantic gesture and one that’s as traditional as the holiday itself these days. However, after receiving this gorgeous Jo Malone Red Roses Scented Candle, I decided on a new idea for a gift this year.
Instead of giving the one you love a dozen roses that last about a week, why not give them a candle that produces an even more heavenly scent for much longer? Sounds random but it just seems like such a superior gift if you look at how long it will remind you of the one you love. For £38 you could buy a dozen roses or a scented candle that burns for 45 hours… decisions, decisions… Dear Mr FFG, leave the roses and please buy me the candle!
